• Bug reporters are your friends, not your enemies- treat them as such- just like you, their goal is to get stuff fixed.

• What telsa keeps telling me to say- 'thanks'-[you know who you are :)

• Fix a reporter's bugs and be nice about it and 1 in 100 will do anything for you- including close other bugs. You just have to be nice to 100 to find that 1 :)
