So, about developers and reporters...

• Bugzilla has generally not been useful

• There is too much of it to handle

• It's been percieved as a lot of work for developers- too much spam, too little signal

• Volunteers hate it because things just don't get fixed :/

• So I hope when I'm done here... maybe some of these attitudes will change :)
