Cenotaph theme - February 13 1999

This theme was created using theme.handler-0.3.2 and AfterStep 1.6.10.
You can also install it without a theme handler, just copy the files
to their correct places (look file, background, icons, buttons) and
edit your wharf file to use the icon that comes with the theme. 
Anyway, them.handler will make it more easy, but less controlled ;).

The images are taken from the Bolt Thrower album 'War Master' so 
don't use it for commercial purposes. They are painted by Pete
Knifton/Ian Cooke at Maxjo Graphics. 

The theme contains pixmaps for the windows, wharf and the menu. Buttons
for the windows that are based on the AS1.5 buttons from David, I just
added a few and renamed them to avoid confusion with other look files.
And of course it contains a background image.
