Transcend - April 5, 1999 Made by Tyler Melmoth (Morbius) and Derek Melmoth This theme is a futuristic and abstract replacement for the default afterstep graphics. It changes graphics for window tops and window buttons, menu graphics, the wharf button, the background, and adds a winlist texture. It's a bluish-purplish colored theme. All the graphics were originally created by us, except for the Tux picture, which was stolen from the xterm graphic in afterstep. All of the pictures were made in Gimp, with the sole expection of the active window top and the background image. The look and winlist files were taken from the Fallen theme and edited. This theme works best with Afterstep version 1.7.75 or 1.6.10. To sum up the theme in a few words, as one of my friends put it: "This theme r0x0rs my s0x0rs." - fast :P The screenshot shows aterm, gimp, the afterstep start menu, gqmpeg, gqmpeg configure box, licq, and a couple icons. The wharf's main section includes asclock, asmixer, wmnet (yeah I know its WindowMaker, but I just had to! :P), shutdown, and applications. The gimp window and the gqmpeg config window are using gtk-engines with a theme that we made. Most of the wharf icons were made by us as well. If you want the gtk theme, or any icons or wharf buttons, just drop us a line at morbius-@home.com. Also, visit our home page at http://members.home.com/morbius-/ . It is the home page for TeK99, a theme for Windows 98 (ugh). I'll add this afterstep theme to the home page eventually, once I have some spare time. If you want to contact the authors, email us at the above address, or I'm on IRC under the nickname _Morbius_ sometimes. Enjoy!
