changing CONFIG_LOCALVERSION rebuilds too much, for no appearent reason.

remove code for obsolete kernels in acenic, irda, tokenring, typhoon and
wireless.

drivers/net/wan/farsync.c has fstioc_info->kernelVersion, according to the
comment the content doesnt matter
