bttv is linux driver for TV cards based on the bt848 and bt878 chips.

**These rpm's have no other software other than drivers**

The bttv rpm is really just the documentation.  It has things like the 
cards supported, as well as options you should put in modprobe.conf to
make the cards work correctly.

The kernel-module-bttv rpm's have the kernel modules for
btcx-risc, bttv, ir-common, ir-kbd-gpio, ir-kbd-i2c, msp3400, tda9887, 
tuner, tvaudio, tvmixer, v4l1-compat, v4l2-common, video-buf.ko
